Sociocracy, or Dynamic Governance, is a governance system and a non-hierarchical decision-making method. It empowers smaller groups of people, known as ‘circles’, with the authority to make decisions that affect them and their work.

B Corp and Benefit

There is no impact without proof. That is why we have been a B Corp certified company since 2015. However, there is no better proof than embedding impact into a business’s DNA. That is why we became a Benefit Corporation in 2016.

WHERE DO WE COME FROM
 

From 2002 to now

mondora was founded in 2002 by two brothers, Michele and Francesco, with the ambition, almost visionary for the time, to create a new corporate organizational structure that could combine profit and sustainability. They anticipated models like B Corp and benefit corporations, which would only become established years later. 
From the outset, mondora stood out for its ethical approach and its focus on the social and environmental impact of its activities. Initially specializing in the development of innovative software and IT solutions, it has now become the company responsible for the implementation and development of all ESG policies for the Teamsystem Group.

The impact economy is the new challenge. It is built on a holistic theory of how we create, exchange, and distribute ‘value,’ recognizing the necessary interdependence of the five capitals — social, natural, human, manufactured, and financial — in generating wealth and well-being.
